The terms below govern your use of HabboIMX.
HabboIMX is an independent third-party marketplace that lets users trade Habbo Collectibles on the Immutable zkEVM network. It is not operated by or affiliated with Sulake. Habbo is a trademark of Sulake.
HabboIMX is non-custodial. Users retain control of their wallets and assets at all times; trades settle on-chain through the Immutable zkEVM orderbook. HabboIMX cannot reverse, freeze, or recover transactions.
A 0.5% marketplace fee applies to settled trades as described on the fees page. Network costs are paid by the transacting user and shown before signing.
You are responsible for your wallet, your credentials, and the transactions you sign. Verify amounts, items, and contracts before confirming.
The service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. Market data, floor prices, and fiat conversions are approximations and may be delayed or inaccurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HabboIMX is not liable for losses arising from use of the service, including trading losses, smart-contract exploits, or third-party failures.
