The lowest marketplace fee for Habbo NFTs. 0.5% per settled trade, 0% on offers — and cancelling is always gasless.
A flat 0.5% marketplace fee applies when a trade settles — it is charged on listings when they sell and on purchases at checkout. It is always shown in your transaction summary before you sign.
Placing an offer carries no marketplace fee. When an offer is accepted, the standard 0.5% applies to the settling trade.
Immutable zkEVM transactions cost a fraction of mainnet Ethereum. Buying, selling, and cancelling are gas-light; your wallet shows the exact network cost with every signature. Cancelling listings and offers is gasless.
Royalties set by the collection creator flow to them on every sale and are itemized in the orderbook fee data — they are separate from the marketplace fee.
