How to Buy Habbo NFTs — Beginner's Guide

Habbo NFTs — officially called Habbo Collectibles — are limited-edition furniture, clothing, and effect items issued by Sulake, the studio behind Habbo, on Immutable zkEVM (an Ethereum layer-2 network). Each collectible is a real on-chain token held in your wallet: when you buy one, ownership transfers to you, and you can equip or place it inside Habbo hotels like any other item. Every design has a capped supply, so there are never more copies than were originally minted.

Because ownership lives on-chain, collectibles trade peer-to-peer through the Immutable orderbook. HabboIMX is an independent third-party marketplace — not operated by or affiliated with Sulake — that indexes every listing, offer, and sale, and computes a live floor price for each of the ~2,000 collectibles. Step 1 — connect a wallet. Use the Connect button in the header. The two easiest options are Immutable Passport (email or social login — best if you are new to crypto) or a browser wallet like MetaMask configured for Immutable zkEVM.

Step 2 — browse the market. The catalogue shows every collectible with its floor price. Open one and the market table lists every live listing sorted by price, next to the sales history, holder stats, and a price chart. Buy the cheapest listing outright, or use Buy Multiple (or the Sweep button on any row) to take several of the cheapest listings in one go — the standard move when filling a set from the floor up.

Step 3 — buy or offer. You always see the total, the 0.5% marketplace fee, and your balance before signing. Prefer to name your price? Make an offer in WETH instead — offers cost 0% in fees and can be cancelled free any time from your offers page.

Open your portfolio, select the collectibles you want to sell, and list them at your price — individually or in bulk. Your listings appear in the collectible's market table immediately and are matched against the live floor.

Price against data, not guesses: every collectible page shows the current floor with a freshness stamp ("floor updated 2m ago"), the recent sales chart, and any standing WETH offers. If an offer is already near your target, accepting it settles instantly — no waiting for a buyer.

The floor price — the cheapest active listing — is the market's reference point for a collectible, and it is usually the first number traders check. HabboIMX recomputes floors continuously and shows when each floor was last updated, so you are never pricing against a stale number.

Above the floor, price is supply and demand: capped supply per design, how many copies are listed right now, mint activity (each page charts mints per hour), and holder concentration — the top-holders table and holdings spread on every collectible show how tightly supply is held, which tells you how fast the floor can move when a buyer steps in.

Demand has a second engine: sets and XP. Collectibles belong to themed collections that award collector XP, and completionists hunting a full set bid up the missing items. The collections page shows each set's total floor, completion cost, and XP reward — the quickest way to spot which sets still have cheap gaps.

There are two separate value propositions. In-game, a collectible is a usable Habbo item you own outright — it cannot be revoked and it trades freely. As a market investment, prices are set by an open market and can fall as easily as they rise. Nothing here is financial advice.

Let the data answer for your own case: every collectible page charts price history and sales volume, and your portfolio tracks your holdings with live values and PnL measured against your actual cost basis — the honest way to judge whether your trades are working.
